Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?

Yes, we are happy to assist with bulk orders for weddings, corporate events, or personal cellar stocking. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and receive a personalized quote.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey from our cellar to your door.

How much is the delivery fee and do you offer free shipping?

We offer free delivery across Hong Kong for orders over 500 HKD (excluding remote areas). For orders under 500 HKD, a standard delivery fee of 60 HKD applies to non-remote locations.

How are shipping fees calculated for remote areas?

Deliveries to remote areas with limited access are calculated at checkout based on our courier partner's rates.
