In the wine-making world, there is such a wide palette of Chardonnay that it is quite difficult to orient yourself to a personal creative handwriting, but we really respect and appreciate the Burgundy style.


For this reason, we used the cold maceration method for Chardonnay 2020. This method involves cooling the grapes before vinification, as well as fermentation of grape must at sufficiently low temperatures. This made it possible to preserve the softness, aroma and fruitiness of the wine. Most of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, the rest in oak barrels, in the classic traditions of Chardonnay. Beautiful and deep aromas with floral and honey tones. We believe that our new style of Chardonnay will find its connoisseurs. The elegant and light style, unlike our previous wines, should help us in finding the delicate balance of Chardonnay characteristic of the Arba Wine terroir in subsequent vintages.

Highly expressive and bright, blooming with clear notes of ripe yellow peaches, apricots, sweet melon, and wild meadow flowers. Light and soft on the tongue, offering refreshing layers of crisp green apple, pear pulp, and pineapple mixed with a delicate hint of milky yogurt and mild vanilla. Full-bodied yet smooth and balanced, trading heavy oak density for a crisp, refreshing, and clean fruit-forward finish.
