Wine Maker's Note

The weather conditions allowed us to harvest the Chardonnay in perfect shape. The wine greets you with the aroma of sweet yellow pear, mountain flowers and herbs; mineral shades are felt. As it opens up, accents of mango, dried apricot, ripe lemon and pineapple replace each other in the aroma. The wine acquired rounded creamy tones from contact with sediment.

Chardonnay matured for 10 months in acacia barrels, which allowed it to preserve its fruitiness and, at the same time, form a structure. The lush enveloping taste is balanced by good acidity. The wine leaves a delicate aftertaste, in which green apple and apricot are felt. The wine is completely ready for consumption, but has incredible potential for further aging in the bottle.
