The 2014 Cabernet franc is 22.5% and was aged in barrels for 20-24 months, the remaining 77.5% of the 2015 Cabernet franc was aged in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months.


As you know 2015 was very hot, so red wines are very rich, concentrated, but at the same time they have both fruity freshness and noble aging, with fantastically spicy tannins and a great complex duration. The taste is fresh, rich in ripe fruits with the added complexity of smoked meat, which is highly appreciated and considered a modern trend.

Tasting Profile

Very clean bouquet dominated by black and red currants, black cherry, fresh coffee, and cocoa. Deeper notes reveal herbal undertones, tobacco leaf, and a distinct touch of smoked meats. Luxurious, fresh, and deeply concentrated with rich flavors of ripe dark fruits, cherry, and bitter chocolate. Exceptionally well-balanced with a rounded mouthfeel and dense, fantastically spicy tannins that give it a magnificent, long duration on the finish.
